Content Editing, Development & Deployment

* WordPress-generated static pages:
- When saving a page in the WP interface, you also render the page as light-weight static HTML file.
- For this to work you will need WordPress running and the WP2GIT plugin installed (or use WPhead where the plugin is preinstalled — see below).
- The WordPress installation can use cheap PHP hosting (this server doesn’t need many resources since it’s only accessible to authors) from a hosting provider like Bluehost or GoDaddy, or it can be ran online using my free WPhead tool.
